Fatehpur Minor Threatened by Father and Elder Brother; Assault Leaves Family in Shock

Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh: A shocking domestic assault case has come to light in Fatehpur district, where a father and his elder son allegedly threatened and physically attacked their younger son. The accused reportedly told the victim to leave the house, warning him that they would take his life if he did not comply. The incident has left the family deeply traumatized.

Brutal Beating at Home
According to the police, Rohit Soni, a resident of Shivpuram Tambeshwar Colony, lives separately from his father Harishchandra Soni and elder brother Shivam Soni. On Saturday evening around 5:30 PM, the father and elder brother reportedly entered Rohit’s home, verbally abused him, and assaulted him with sticks, blows, and kicks. Rohit sustained serious injuries to his head and other parts of his body. When Rohit’s wife rushed to intervene, she was also verbally abused by the accused.

Threats to Leave Home
Even Rohit’s brother-in-law, who tried to mediate, was shouted at with threats. The accused warned Rohit to leave the house immediately or face fatal consequences. Following the assault, Rohit filed a complaint with the local police station.

Police Action Underway
The local police, led by Inspector Tarkeshwar Rai, have registered a case against the father and elder brother under relevant sections of the law. An investigation is currently underway to ensure justice and prevent further harassment.
