New Delhi: A police encounter took place in Delhi’s RK Puram area on Wednesday, resulting in the arrest of two criminals. According to the RK Puram police, the incident occurred when two offenders came face-to-face with the police, leading to an exchange of gunfire.
During the encounter, one of the criminals sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. Both offenders were subsequently taken into custody by the police.
The authorities have confirmed that the arrested individuals are being interrogated, and further investigation into the case is underway.
Delhi Police emphasized that such operations are part of their ongoing efforts to ensure public safety and curb criminal activities in the capital.
