Delivery Boy Brutally Beaten and Kidnapped in Gurugram Over Money Dispute

In a shocking incident, two men allegedly kidnapped a delivery boy and brutally assaulted him over a financial dispute involving ₹6.5 lakh. The Gurugram police have arrested the two accused in connection with the case.

The suspects, identified as Jaybir and Aman, reportedly planned the kidnapping to recover the money. Jaybir, who runs a transport business in Hisar, claimed that the victim was an old acquaintance. The incident occurred near the Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram.

According to police, the assailants, along with a few others, beat the victim with kicks, punches, and wooden sticks before forcibly placing him in their vehicle. The attackers threatened to kill him while driving away. Police emergency response teams arrived at the scene and apprehended the two main suspects.

Both Jaybir and Aman are residents of Bhiwani and currently work as salesmen in a Gurugram-based firm. Jaybir told police that he had sold a truck in 2024 and kept the payment in his car. He alleged that the victim had stolen the money two years ago and had failed to return it. The assailants’ aim, according to the police, was to intimidate the victim into returning the money.

A video of the assault, reportedly recorded on a mobile phone, shows the victim screaming and struggling to escape. The police have registered a case, and further investigation is underway.
