
New Delhi, January 13, 2026: Delhi Police has announced the transfer of 31 inspectors across various units, including the Crime Branch, Traffic, Licensing, and First Branch DAP. The official list was released by Delhi Police Headquarters on Tuesday.
According to the notification, inspectors from several police stations have been reassigned with some receiving SHOs (Station House Officer) postings. The transfers cover stations such as Kalindi Kunj, Pandav Nagar, Najafgarh, Seelampur, Mehrauli, Sonia Vihar, and IG Airport.
From the Crime Branch, Inspectors Pankaj Singh, Ritesh Kumar, and Akhilesh Vajpayee have been transferred. In the Traffic Department, Inspectors Rajendra Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar have been reassigned, while Mahendra Pratap from the 6th Battalion DAP and Om Prakash Thakur from DPA are also part of the transfer list.
Several SHOs have been shifted to new postings, including Kanjhawala, Kotwali, Jamia Nagar, Wazirabad, Nabi Karim, Bawana, and Karawal Nagar. These transfers are part of the Delhi Police’s routine administrative reshuffle aimed at optimizing operations and maintaining law and order across the city.
