
Delhi Crime News: A tragic incident unfolded in Delhi where a teenage boy was fatally stabbed following a minor altercation. Police have arrested two minors in connection with the case. According to authorities, the accused attacked the victim, stabbing him in the stomach and thigh after a verbal dispute escalated.
Incident in Karala Area
New Delhi: A 16-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death after an argument in Delhi’s Karala area. Police confirmed on Friday that three juveniles are currently under investigation for the crime. Reports indicate that the victim was admitted to a hospital in Rohini on Thursday but was declared dead due to his injuries.
Victim Was a Student
The deceased was a Class 11 student at a private school in Karala. His father works with NDPL, while his mother is a homemaker. Police are interrogating the minors to ascertain the motive behind the attack.
Police Investigation Underway
Authorities said that CCTV footage was examined and local sources were questioned. Two minors have been taken into custody so far. The victim reportedly had a scuffle with three other boys, all aged 15. During the altercation, one of the boys allegedly stabbed him in the stomach and thigh before fleeing the scene.
Brother’s Statement Recorded
Police teams visited the hospital and inspected the crime scene. During the investigation, the victim’s brother, a teenager, recorded his statement as an eyewitness. He told police that he had arrived at the location with his friend Arman (18) after receiving a call about the dispute involving other individuals.
