On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering a total of 582 properties across various categories. The scheme includes HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta and EHS flats, along with car and scooter garages, catering to a wide range of homebuyers in the national capital.
According to DDA officials, the registration process for the scheme will begin on January 14 at 11:00 am and will continue till February 13, while the final submission can be completed by February 16. The e-auction schedule will be announced on February 19, followed by a demo of the e-auction process from February 20 to 22. The actual e-auctions will be conducted in phases from February 23 to 27, depending on the category of flats.
Property Details and Reserve Prices
Under the scheme, Jasola has the highest number of HIG flats (15 units), each with a reserve price of around ₹2.14 crore. SFS flats are available in Rohini (5), Vasant Kunj (1), Ghazipur (4) and Dwarka (1), with reserve prices ranging between ₹99 lakh and ₹1.21 crore.
The MIG category includes flats in locations such as Dilshad Garden, Dwarka, East of Loni Road, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Madipur, Nand Nagri and Rohini, with reserve prices ranging from ₹53 lakh to ₹1.45 crore.
A large number of LIG flats are on offer in areas including Karol Bagh, Dwarka, Mansarovar Park, Nand Nagri, Nasirpur Dwarka, Paschim Vihar, Rampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh and Vikaspuri, with prices starting from ₹20 lakh and going up to ₹1.23 crore. One Janta flat is available in Shahpur Jat with a reserve price of approximately ₹18 lakh.
The EHS category includes flats in Dwarka, Ashok Nagar, Kondli and Nasirpur Dwarka, with reserve prices ranging from ₹26 lakh to ₹55 lakh.
Garages and Parking Spaces
In addition to residential units, the scheme also offers car and scooter garages in areas such as Ashok Vihar, Mal Road, Rohini and Pitampura, with reserve prices ranging from ₹3 lakh to ₹42 lakh.
Earnest Money Deposit
The earnest money deposit (EMD) has been fixed as follows:
- ₹4 lakh for LIG, EHS and Janta flats
- ₹10 lakh for MIG and SFS flats
- ₹15 lakh for HIG flats
- ₹4 lakh for car garages
- ₹1 lakh for scooter garages
The registration fee for the scheme is ₹2,500, which is non-refundable.
With properties spread across prime locations and a transparent e-auction process, the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 is expected to attract strong interest from homebuyers looking for quality housing and parking facilities in Delhi.
