Congress MLA Virendra Chaudhary Sits on SDM’s Chair, Sparks Administrative Buzz in Maharajganj

Maharajganj: A photograph of Congress MLA Virendra Chaudhary seated on a chair in the SDM’s office in Farenda, Maharajganj, has gone viral on social media, creating a stir in political and administrative circles.

The image, which Chaudhary himself posted on his social media account, shows him seated during a meeting in the SDM’s chamber. The meeting was organized in connection with upcoming sports events and was attended by SDM Shailendra Gautam, BDO officials, and other administrative personnel.

MLA Clarifies

Responding to the controversy, Virendra Chaudhary clarified that he was seated on a regular chair in the chamber and not on the SDM’s official chair. Addressing the issue with a touch of humor, he remarked:

“I am not a contractor to go and touch the SDM’s feet.”
