Class 8 Student Collapses During Morning Prayer in Ghazipur School, Dies of Suspected Heart Attack

Ghazipur: A tragic incident occurred at a private school in Ghazipur on Friday morning when an eighth-grade student collapsed during the school’s morning prayer assembly and later died.

The student, identified as Aradhya Yadav, reportedly lost consciousness around 9 a.m. during the prayer session. She was immediately rushed to a private hospital by the school authorities, where doctors declared her dead after preliminary examination.

Details of the Incident

Aradhya, a resident of Padampur Ram Rai and granddaughter of Vishwanath Yadav, was the elder of two children. Her father works as a pharmacist in Badaun, while her mother, Vijayalakshmi, is a homemaker. She has a younger brother, Vivan, aged seven.

School officials stated that Aradhya had a history of health issues and had previously fainted two to three times. They noted that she often experienced anxiety before participating in school events. Following the incident, the school administration expressed condolences and granted a holiday to students. Teachers also visited Aradhya’s home to pay their respects.

The school community remains deeply shaken by the sudden loss, and authorities suspect that a heart-related issue may have caused the young student’s untimely death.
