In a major boost for homebuyers in Navi Mumbai, the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has launched a special housing scheme for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories. For the first time, CIDCO is offering 4,508 ready-to-move flats on a ‘First Come, First Served’ (FCFS) basis — eliminating the usual lottery system.
Online registrations for the scheme began on 22 November 2025 and will continue till 21 December 2025.
₹2.50 Lakh Subsidy Under PMAY
A key attraction of the scheme is the ₹2.50 lakh subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), available to eligible EWS buyers. The subsidy significantly reduces the cost of owning a home in Navi Mumbai, making the scheme highly beneficial for low-income households.

The flats are located across major emerging hubs, including:
- Taloja
- Dronagiri
- Ghansoli
- Kharghar
- Kalamboli
All housing complexes are well connected to the Navi Mumbai International Airport, metro stations, local trains, and major highways. Since all units are ready for possession, buyers will not have to wait for construction completion.
