Bulandshahr Police Raid Hotel Allegedly Running Prostitution Hub; Two Held Along with Manager

Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh: Police in Khurja, Bulandshahr, conducted a raid on a local hotel allegedly operating as a prostitution hub. During the operation, a young man, a young woman, and the hotel manager were taken into custody.

According to reports, the raid took place at Shankar Hotel located on the GT Road in Khurja town, following a complaint by the Vishwa Hindu Mahasangh. The complaint highlighted that prostitution was being openly carried out on the upper floor of the hotel, causing discomfort to women passing through the area.

During the raid, two other young individuals managed to escape, while one couple was caught inside a locked room and brought into police custody. The police stated that the hotel was operating without any valid OYO hotel license or official signage, raising serious concerns about its legality.

Speaking to the media, the local police station in-charge confirmed that the raid was conducted immediately after receiving the complaint. Authorities are investigating whether the hotel meets licensing norms and other regulatory standards. Strict action will be taken against anyone found guilty in this case.

This operation underscores the police’s commitment to cracking down on illegal activities in the region and ensuring public safety.
