
Jaipur, Rajasthan: Panic gripped Jaipur once again as a threatening e-mail raised alarm at the Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology (SKIT). The e-mail, sent to the college principal, warned of a potential bomb explosion on campus.
Upon receiving the message, the college administration immediately alerted the police, prompting security agencies to switch to high alert.
Rising Threats in Rajasthan
This latest incident adds to a series of bomb threats at public institutions in Rajasthan, following earlier warnings at the Rajasthan High Court and Jaipur’s Modern School. The e-mail to SKIT, located in Jagatpura, Jaipur, caused immediate panic among staff and students.
Authorities confirmed that the e-mail contained claims of explosives being planted on the college premises. Following standard protocol, the campus was secured, and law enforcement began investigating the threat to ensure the safety of everyone present.
