Army Day Parade 2026: Key Guidelines for Spectators at Jaipur Event

Jaipur, Rajasthan: As Jaipur gears up for the Army Day Parade on January 15, excitement is running high across the city. Spectators are advised to follow strict security protocols, as entry will be regulated and monitored.

The parade, scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM, has comprehensive security arrangements in place. Attendees must complete online registration in advance and carry a government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card. Entry will be permitted only after thorough security checks at metal detector gates installed at all entry points.

Prohibited Items:
Spectators are strictly prohibited from bringing weapons, combustible materials, matches, cigarettes, or any other hazardous items. Anyone carrying restricted items will be denied entry.

Entry and Seating Guidelines:

  • Spectators must arrive by 8:00 AM; no entry will be allowed after 8:30 AM.
  • Physical copies of passes and IDs are mandatory; digital copies on mobile devices will not be accepted.
  • Seating has been organized into designated blocks, and entry is allowed only in the block indicated on the pass. Maps showing block locations are displayed along the parade route.
  • Separate parking areas have been arranged for each block. Attendees are requested to use only the designated parking zones.

Parade Highlights:
The Jaipur parade is generating enthusiasm rivaling even Delhi’s Republic Day and Independence Day celebrations. Alongside military formations, the event will feature:

  • NCC schoolchildren marching in formation
  • Student bands
  • Cultural performances showcasing Rajasthan’s folk arts, including Leelan Ghodi and Kalbeliya dances

Authorities emphasize that spectators strictly adhere to the rules to ensure safety and smooth conduct of the event.
