
Nalanda: The shocking murder of Aman Shukla, a resident of Patna’s Journalists’ Nagar area, has sent ripples of grief through his ancestral village in Nalanda district. Shukla, a former teacher who had been accused of a ₹52 lakh robbery, was shot dead by unidentified assailants in front of his wife and child. The incident has left his ancestral home and family in a state of fear, while the village mourns his untimely death.
Aman Shukla was originally from Badi Malawan village in Nalanda’s Sarmera area. Upon hearing the news of his murder, the village went silent, with many villagers refraining from making any public comments on the incident.
Leaving His Village:
Shukla had moved to Patna years ago, where he settled with his family. His relatives remain unsure of how he transitioned from a teacher to becoming involved in criminal activities. According to them, Shukla’s life seemed to be a saga worthy of a film. He had worked as the Head of Department (HOD) at a prestigious educational institute in Muzaffarpur after studying at a coaching center in Anisabad. Despite his successful career in education, the circumstances leading him into crime remain a mystery.
Family Raises Serious Questions:
In the aftermath of his death, Shukla’s family has raised concerns about the possibility of a deeper conspiracy behind the murder. They have called for a thorough, unbiased investigation into the case and urged the state government and police to leave no stone unturned in uncovering the truth. The family demands that those responsible be brought to justice and punished accordingly.
Police Investigation Underway:
The Patna Police are currently investigating the case, reviewing CCTV footage from the surrounding areas to gather clues. Security has been heightened in the locality, and the murder has once again raised serious questions about crime and law enforcement in the capital. Meanwhile, the police are questioning Shukla’s wife to gather more information.
