Incident at Rajput Dhaba
According to reports, Nasir was caught on camera applying saliva to rotis before placing them in the tandoor. The video, reportedly recorded secretly by a bystander, was circulated widely online. Following a complaint by the Hindu Raksha Dal, local police registered a case and began questioning the accused.
Popularity of the Dhaba Among Non-Vegetarian Patrons
Rajput Dhaba, owned by Veeresh Kumar from Chomunha village, is a popular destination for non-vegetarian food lovers, particularly because there are no other Muslim-run hotels nearby. Authorities have warned the dhaba owner that any recurrence of such incidents will lead to strict action against him as well.
Police continue to investigate the matter, questioning Nasir to ascertain the extent of the contamination and any potential involvement of others.
