
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Uttar Pradesh has officially released the voter list for the state party president election. The new UP BJP President will be finalized by December 14, 2025, with nominations scheduled on December 13 at the party’s Lucknow office.
Voter Composition
The responsibility of voting has been entrusted to a group of senior leaders, including 5 Lok Sabha MPs, 8 MLCs, 26 MLAs, along with 425 provincial council members and district presidents.
MPs Included in Voter List:

- Devendra Singh Bhole
- Satypal Singh Baghel
- Kamlesh Paswan
- Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind
MLCs Included:
- Vijay Bahadur Pathak
- Arun Pathak
- Ashok Katiyar
- Ashwani Tyagi
- Kunwar Maharaj Singh
- Pranshu Datt Dwivedi
- Tariq Mansoor
- Padam Sen Chaudhary
MLAs Included:
The voter list also features BJP MLAs such as Rajeev Gumber, Gulab Devi, Amit Agarwal, Devendra Singh Lodhi, Anil Parashar, Rajesh Chaudhary, Purushottam Khandelwal, Prempal Singh Dhangar, and others. In total, 26 MLAs have been included to cast their votes.
District Heads and Provincial Council Members:
Additionally, 425 district presidents and provincial council members have been granted voting rights in the upcoming election.
This structured voter base highlights the party’s focus on ensuring participation from key leadership levels in electing the new UP BJP President, setting the stage for the internal party polls on December 14, 2025.
