Jaipur, Rajasthan: Rajasthan has emerged as a national leader in the Special Intensive Revision of the Electoral Roll 2026, achieving 96% voter mapping and nearly 100% digitization of records. All 24 districts and 153 Assembly constituencies in the state have completed full digitization, setting a new benchmark in accuracy, transparency, and digital efficiency.
According to Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Naveen Mahajan, out of a total of 54,656,215 electoral forms, over 54,624,000 documents have already been uploaded to ECI-Net, completing 99.94% digitization ahead of schedule — a remarkable achievement for the state.
100% Digitization Across Districts and Assembly Constituencies
CEO Mahajan confirmed that all 24 districts — including Barmer, Salumber, Balotra, Jhalawar, Phalodi, Bharatpur, Churu, Dausa, Baran, Rajsamand, Deeg, Jhunjhunu, Pali, Sikar, Chittorgarh, Nagaur-Bewar, Karauli, Didwana-Kuchaman, Banswara, Pratapgarh, Kotputli-Behror, and Sawai Madhopur — have completed 100% digitization of electoral forms. Similarly, all 153 Assembly constituencies have been fully digitized, ensuring a smooth revision process.
“This achievement is not just a statistical milestone but a testament to the collective effort to make the electoral roll more reliable, transparent, and voter-centric,” said CEO Mahajan. “It reflects Rajasthan’s commitment to strengthening the democratic process.”
Rajasthan Tops in Voter Mapping
In addition to digitization, Rajasthan has excelled in voter mapping, completing over 96% of the process, placing the state at the forefront nationally. Currently, only 4% of voters remain to submit their documents under the Special Revision.
Among 18 constituencies, voter mapping has surpassed 99%, including Kapasan, Baytu, Salumber, Lohawat, Nagar, Sikrai, Osian, Shahpura, Bamanwas, Chittorgarh, Nagaur, Bari Sadri, Shahpura, Khandar, Gudhamalani, Jayal, Sapotra, Shiv, and Degana. Notably, Kapasan Assembly constituency leads the state with 99.46% mapping, where only about 1,500 of 273,000 voters are pending documentation. Salumber has also achieved over 99% mapping.
BLOs Drive Success Through Field Efforts
The remarkable progress is credited to 51,256 Booth Level Officers (BLOs), who completed 100% field verification by visiting households across the state. Their dedicated efforts and continuous supervision ensured the mapping targets were met on time, reinforcing Rajasthan’s leadership in electoral roll management.
