Patna: The mysterious death of a NEET aspirant at Shambhu Girls’ Hostel in Patna has taken a political turn after sensational claims by MP Pappu Yadav. On social media, the lawmaker alleged that the incident involves the son of a prominent minister and accused the police of shielding influential individuals while harassing the victim’s family.
Pappu Yadav questioned which constitutional office-holder’s son and which minister’s child are implicated in the case, and why Bihar Police are allegedly overstepping their authority to protect them. He also accused authorities of tarnishing the reputation of the victim’s family and protecting alleged criminals linked to a local sex racket.
Allegations by Pappu Yadav
In a post on the platform ‘X’, the MP wrote: “Which leader’s son holding a constitutional position and which minister’s son is involved in the NEET student case? Who is Bihar Police trying to protect by violating all limits, and why is the victim’s family being humiliated? We will not let this go. Who is providing shelter to the mafia running sex rackets in Patna?”
These claims have intensified public scrutiny and raised serious questions about the transparency and impartiality of the ongoing investigation.
