
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is set to run the state administration from Khajuraho for two days — Monday and Tuesday — where he will hold high-level review meetings with his cabinet ministers. During this special session, the Chief Minister will assess the progress of major departments, outline the government’s roadmap, and discuss achievements of the past two years along with the action plan for the next three years.
Dr. Yadav will also participate in the Ladli Behna Conference in Rajnagar, where he will transfer the December installment directly into the accounts of over 1.26 crore beneficiaries and interact with selected women.
Day 1: Intensive Review of Key Departments
The two-day governance session begins with a detailed review of the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department. This will be followed by assessment meetings of:
- Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion
- Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME)
- Revenue Department
- Urban Development & Housing
- Technical Education
- Skill Development & Employment
- Tribal Welfare
- Scheduled Caste Welfare
- Mineral Resources Department
Officials from these departments will present progress reports, performance indicators, and pending targets directly before the Chief Minister.
Day 2: Crucial Cabinet Meeting and CCIP Session
On Tuesday, Khajuraho will host a significant Cabinet Meeting, during which major decisions are expected. A CCIP (Core Cabinet Implementation Plan) Meeting will also take place.
Later in the day, the CM will conduct a special performance review of the Public Works Department (PWD) and Public Health Engineering (PHE), evaluating their outcomes over the last two years.

- 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Urban Development & Housing — Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya
- 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM: Tribal Affairs & SC Welfare — Ministers Vijay Shah and Nagar Singh Chauhan
- 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM: MSME — Minister Chaitanya Kashyap
Tuesday (9 December)
- 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Public Works Department — Minister Rakesh Singh
- 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Public Health Engineering — Minister Sampatiya Uike
Cultural Start to the Journey
Before departing for Khajuraho, ministers Kailash Vijayvargiya and Tulsiram Silawat were seen singing bhajans aboard the train, marking a devotional start to the two-day governance camp.
