Kota, Rajasthan: A shocking video from Kota has created a political stir across the country. A man claiming to be a spokesperson of the Karni Sena, identified as Raj Singh Amera, openly threatened to enter the homes of Rahul Gandhi and 25 Congress MPs and shoot them. Within hours of the video going viral, Kota police took swift action and detained the accused.

Threats Against Rahul Gandhi and Congress MPs

In the video shared by the Congress party, Raj Singh Amera appears aggressive and refers to the disruption caused by opposition MPs outside Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s chamber. He stated that the misbehavior of the 25 MPs would not be tolerated. He warned:

“If this happens again, we will break into their homes and shoot each one. Rahul Gandhi should hear me – I will enter your home and shoot you. Jail or anything else doesn’t matter to me.”

Accused Has Criminal Background

Kota City SP Tejaswini Gautam confirmed that Raj Singh Amera was taken into custody immediately after the video surfaced. The police revealed that he is a habitual offender with four previous criminal cases registered against him. Authorities are investigating whether he acted on the orders of any organization or carried out the threats on his own.

BJP and Accused Deny Political Links

As the case gained attention, politics around it also intensified. Rakesh Jain, city district president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), clarified that Raj Singh Amera has no affiliation with the party.

After his detention, the accused claimed innocence, alleging that opposition parties used fake IDs to frame him. However, he continues to identify as a staunch Sanatani and advocates for the idea of a Hindu nation.
