Ghaziabad: In a unique move to boost motivation among field staff, the Ghaziabad administration has unveiled exciting incentives for Supervisors and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) working under the Voter List Revision Campaign (SIR-2025) in Assembly Constituency 56. The scheme aims to ensure timely and high-quality completion of form distribution and digitization tasks while reducing stress associated with election duties.
Five-Star Rewards for Top Performers
Officials announced that employees who complete their assigned work first and on time will receive cash rewards and a chance to enjoy luxurious stays and dining experiences with their families at the city’s top hotels. The initiative, introduced by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Ghaziabad, has been divided into three categories to encourage all levels of staff. The highest reward has been earmarked for Supervisors.
- Supervisor Reward: Supervisors who ensure that all BLOs under their supervision complete the work first will receive ₹15,000 in cash, a two-day, two-night stay at a five-star hotel for their family, and a certificate of appreciation.
- BLO Reward: BLOs who complete their work first will receive ₹10,000 in cash along with the same luxury hotel stay for two days and two nights with their family.
Top 10 BLOs to Receive Special Recognition
To encourage broader participation, the administration also created a Top 10 category. The next 10 BLOs who complete their tasks quickly will be awarded ₹5,000 in cash and a one-day, one-night hotel stay with family.
This innovative reward plan is expected to speed up voter list revision work and significantly reduce stress among field staff, making the process more efficient and employee-friendly.
