Gorakhpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the public hearing program at the Gorakhnath Temple premises, where he personally listened to the grievances of around 200 complainants. The CM assured them that their issues would be addressed promptly and efficiently, bringing relief and satisfaction to those present.

During the session, CM Yogi encouraged the complainants, saying, “Do not worry, your problems will be resolved.” Hearing this assurance, many participants were visibly relieved, their faces reflecting hope and confidence.

The Chief Minister directed the officials present to handle every grievance with sensitivity, ensuring a prompt, transparent, and quality resolution. On Tuesday morning, at the Mahant Digvijayanath Smriti Bhawan within the Gorakhnath Temple complex, CM Yogi reviewed the written petitions and personally handed them over to the concerned officials for action.

CM Yogi Reaches Out to Complainants Personally

Seated on chairs arranged for them, the complainants were addressed by CM Yogi, who personally interacted with each one. He inquired about their issues with warmth and empathy, ensuring that all problems would be resolved without causing any stress or anxiety. Some complaints involved illegal land occupation, to which the CM instructed strict legal action.

Financial Aid for Serious Illnesses

As in previous public hearings, several people requested financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses. The Chief Minister assured them that a lack of funds would not hinder their treatment. He instructed officials to expedite hospital estimates and send them to the government promptly. CM Yogi also announced that sufficient funds would be provided from the discretionary fund for medical treatment. During the session, he warmly interacted with children who came with their families, encouraging them to attend school and study diligently, and distributed sweets to them.

CM Participates in Cow Service at Temple Gaushala

During his visit, CM Yogi followed his traditional routine. After paying respects to Guru Gorakhnath and offering obeisance to the statue of his late guru Mahant Avedyanath, he toured the temple premises. At the temple’s gaushala, he performed cow service, calling out the cows by name, feeding them with his own hands, and showering them with affection. Interestingly, a peacock also approached him during the visit, to which he named it ‘Punj’ and personally fed it small pieces of food.

CM Yogi’s direct interaction, empathetic approach, and assurance of action left a positive impact on the citizens, reinforcing faith in the government’s commitment to public welfare.
