Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh:
A video of a young boy giving a speech in Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s style has gone viral on social media. The child, dressed in saffron robes similar to the CM, humorously referenced the CM’s bulldozer model, saying that anyone building a house on the road would face the bulldozer. The crowd applauded, and even CM Yogi could not hide his smile.
The event took place on the second day of the CM’s three-day visit to Gorakhpur, during the inauguration of the Khajanchi Chauraha Flyover and the Bargadwa-Nakha Rail Overbridge. MP Ravi Kishan was also present on the occasion.
Child Steals the Show
During the event, a loud voice over the microphone surprised everyone:
“Namaskar, I am Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh!”
Soon after, the young boy appeared on stage, mimicking the CM in attire and tone. He addressed the crowd:
“Do not build houses on the road, otherwise I will run the bulldozer. Jai Shri Ram, Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Vande Mataram.”
When CM Yogi reached the stage, he asked the boy about his class and noted, smiling, that the child had dressed like him. The boy, Ashwani Tripathi, son of Seema Tripathi, an English teacher at Bhawati College, confirmed it was his own attire. The CM laughed and gifted him a chocolate.
CM Yogi Highlights Development, Criticizes Opposition
During his speech, CM Yogi also took aim at opposition parties. He said that before 2017, the state faced fear, lawlessness, riots, and insecurity, affecting both women and traders. The CM claimed those responsible were politicians who played caste politics for personal gain. He added that the situation has now changed, the path for development is open, and governance is fair and unbiased.
