With Nitin Nabin taking charge as the new National President of the BJP, the party has embarked on a major organizational revamp aimed at empowering young leaders. As per reports, upcoming appointments within the party will prioritize youth, starting with the leadership of the BJP’s youth front.
Youth Leaders to Take Key Positions
According to sources, under Nitin Nabin’s leadership, the post of National Youth Front President will be given to leaders under 35 years of age, while state-level youth front presidents will be selected from party workers under 32. The party is aligning potential office-bearers’ ages with that of the National President to ensure smooth coordination.
Strategic Planning and Narrative Control
Nitin Nabin has also emphasized strengthening the party’s socio-political narrative and preparing frameworks to counter opposition attacks efficiently. In his initial meetings with senior office-bearers, including National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santosh and Joint General Secretary (Organisation) Shivprakash, he underscored strict adherence to the party’s age-based organizational norms.
The National President further directed that all public communications be made only by authorized party representatives, tightening control over outspoken leaders. Santosh highlighted the need for a dedicated team to reach grassroots workers, farmers, and laborers to swiftly counter opposition narratives and misinformation regarding key policies like the ‘VB-G Ram Ji’ Act.
Assembly Election Preparations
Nitin Nabin also reviewed preparations for upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Assam, and Puducherry. The focus is on dialogue with local communities, strengthening the party cadre, and improving coordination with government programs to ensure smooth delivery of central welfare schemes to the public.
