The Five Pillars of Development
Finance Minister Yadav outlined a roadmap for Bihar’s progress, emphasizing five core principles: Knowledge, Integrity, Science, Aspirations, and Respect. Through these pillars, the budget prioritizes education, transparent governance, modern technology, youth empowerment, and societal dignity.
Support for Women
During the budget speech, the minister highlighted initiatives for women’s economic independence. So far, 1.56 crore women in Bihar have received financial assistance of ₹10,000 each. Under “Saat Nishchay-3,” the government plans to further expand funding for women’s entrepreneurship and social empowerment.
