Ajmer Congress Exposes Alleged “Vote-Cutting Campaign,” Presents Shocking Evidence

Ajmer, Rajasthan: In a dramatic political development, the Congress party in Ajmer has exposed what it claims is a secret “vote-cutting campaign” orchestrated by the BJP, alleging large-scale manipulation of electoral rolls using Form-7. The controversy erupted after the name of the sitting councillor herself disappeared from the voter list, raising questions about the integrity of the process.

WhatsApp Chats as Evidence
During a press conference, Congress leaders Dharmendra Rathore and District President Rajkumar Jaipal publicly released messages from an official BLO (Booth Level Officer) WhatsApp group, claiming that thousands of voter names were removed under BJP pressure. One BLO reportedly wrote:

“In Ward 176, there are 993 voters, and I was given forms to delete 467 names. When I went to the site, the public was furious as there was no trace of the complainants in the forms.”

Sitting Councillor’s Name Deleted
Shockingly, the ward 12 councillor, Shahjahan Bivi, also found her name missing from the list, prompting outrage over the scale of the alleged manipulation. Congress presented Radhe Shyam Banjara, an agent allegedly working under BJP instructions, who admitted to the massive discrepancies in submitted forms.

Congress Connects to Rahul Gandhi’s Claims
Rathore said firmly, “The evidence we have today confirms what Rahul Gandhi has been saying about electoral manipulation. The Election Commission seems to be acting under BJP’s influence.” He added that, according to rules, no agent can submit more than 10 Form-7s, but the forms were reportedly submitted in bulk to remove Congress-supporting voters from the rolls.

The revelations have set Ajmer’s political circles abuzz, with speculation mounting over whether the issue is a mere technical glitch or part of a deliberate “digital strategy” to influence election outcomes. Congress has demanded immediate scrutiny and corrective action, warning that such irregularities undermine the very foundations of democracy.
