Priyanka Gandhi’s Son Rehan Wadra Gets Engaged to Longtime Girlfriend Aviva Beg

New Delhi: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and businessman Robert Vadra’s son, Rehan Vadra, has officially gotten engaged to his longtime girlfriend Aviva Beg. According to NDTV, the 25-year-old Rehan proposed to Aviva in the presence of both families, and she accepted. The families are reportedly delighted, with a grand engagement ceremony expected in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. The wedding is anticipated to take place in the coming months.

Family Ties and Background
Aviva Beg and her family reside in Delhi. Her father, Imran Beg, is a businessman, and her mother, Nandita Beg, is an interior designer. Nandita Beg has longstanding ties with Priyanka Gandhi, having assisted with the interior design of Congress headquarters at Indira Bhavan.

A Bond That Goes Back Years
Sources reveal that the families have shared a close bond for years. Rehan and Aviva attended the same school in Dehradun—The Doon School—where former Prime Ministers Rajiv Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi studied. Rehan later pursued higher education in politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.

Rehan Vadra: The Visual Artist
Rehan is a visual artist who has been capturing the world through his lens since the age of ten. His portfolio, showcased at the APRE Art House in Colaba, Mumbai, includes wildlife, street, and commercial photography.

Exhibitions and Artistic Journey
In 2021, Rehan held his first solo exhibition, “Dark Perception,” at Bikaner House, New Delhi. The exhibition explored themes of freedom of imagination, inspired by a childhood injury sustained during a school cricket match in 2017. Rehan shared his experiences of light, space, and time through his art.

A Legacy of Photography
Photography has been a lifelong passion for Rehan, nurtured by his mother. Notably, his maternal grandfather, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, was also fond of photography.
