Colonel Choubey emphasized the uniqueness of the event, stating: “There was no parade ground, no ideal setting—but the mission continued, and discipline was meticulously maintained. Operations were not interrupted, and honor was upheld.”
He added, “A moving train symbolizes a nation in motion, and the army moves with it. Duty does not pause for ceremonies; the ceremony moves with duty. Leadership is recognized where the soldier is. This could very well be one of the rarest, perhaps the first promotion parades in the world conducted on a moving train.”
