Free Mental Health (Stress Relief) Counselling Program for Media Professionals and Their Families — Organized by Nivaraha Foundation (Lv Group)

In a major initiative aimed at promoting the well-being of journalists and media personnel, Nivaraha Foundation, an organization actively engaged across 24 departments for the welfare of media and society, has announced a Free Mental Health & Stress Relief Counselling Program.

The foundation’s National President, Vinayak Ashok Luniya, made this significant decision immediately after assuming office, emphasizing the urgent need for mental health awareness in today’s stressful times.

“Every individual today — whether a child, youth, or elder — is living under some form of mental pressure. This prolonged stress is silently turning into life-threatening diseases,” said Vinayak Luniya.
“Imbalance in mental health often leads to issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, and hormonal disorders. Addressing this is no longer a choice but a necessity.”

To tackle these challenges, Nivaraha Foundation, in collaboration with Quiet Quit Ego Hub Pvt. Ltd., is launching a Health Awareness Program offering completely free stress management and mental health counselling sessions for media professionals and their families.

The sessions will be conducted by Vinayak Ashok Luniya, a Naturopath and Motivational Counsellor with over 15 years of experience. Additionally, internationally acclaimed musician Pandit Aditya Narayan Banerjee will host exclusive Musical Mental Health, Peace, and Relaxation sessions through video conferencing.

This entire initiative will be free of cost, safe, and confidential, ensuring that every participant’s privacy is fully protected.

🎙 Statement by Vinayak Ashok Luniya

“Our first objective is to help every media professional overcome mental stress and restore calmness and focus. This is just the beginning — we are planning many more welfare programs for the media community, which will be announced soon.”

Media professionals dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression are invited to participate in this Free Mental Health Program. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the process.

Luniya further added that online free registrations for this program will be opening very soon.
