Uttar Pradesh Minister for Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI and Investment Promotion, Mr. Nand Gopal Gupta, paid a courtesy visit to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at Samattva Bhavan (the Chief Minister’s residence) on Monday.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various proposals related to industrial development in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, along with senior officials from the state’s Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, exchanged ideas with Minister Gupta on strategies to accelerate industrial growth.
Dr. Yadav directed officials of the industry department to study Uttar Pradesh’s land acquisition policy—a key element in facilitating industrial expansion—and explore its implementation in Madhya Pradesh.
The Chief Minister also presented copies of 18 newly formulated industrial policies of the Madhya Pradesh government to Minister Gupta, highlighting the state’s commitment to fostering a favorable investment environment.
The meeting was also attended by Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Mr. Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Cottage and Village Industries Mr. Dilip Jaiswal, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Neeraj Mandloi, Principal Secretary for Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Mr. Raghvendra Kumar Singh, and other senior officials.
