Resolve Pending Cases on Priority Basis: Collector Raghvendra Singh

Jabalpur, November 3, 2025:
Collector Raghvendra Singh chaired a review meeting today to assess the status of pending official correspondences and cases across various departments. The meeting was attended by Municipal Commissioner Ramprakash Ahirwar, CEO of District Panchayat Abhishek Gehlot, Additional Collector Nathuram Gond, and other district-level officers. Field officials also joined the session through video conferencing.

During the meeting, the Collector instructed all officers to ensure speedy and sensitive disposal of cases, especially those related to state government priority schemes and public interest issues. He emphasized that administrative efficiency and responsiveness are key to good governance.

Collector Singh informed that the State-level Tribal Pride Day celebration is scheduled to be held on November 15 at Garrison Ground, where participants from all districts of the division will attend. He directed officials to make comprehensive arrangements for the success of this prestigious event. He also asked for the finalization of the list of development works for foundation laying and inauguration ceremonies to be included in the program.

Key topics discussed included:

  • Handover and management of PDS shops, ensuring training for Self-Help Group (SHG) women.
  • Verification of ration shops and food grain distribution.
  • Resolution of appeals under the Sambal Yojana.
  • Progress in Samagra e-KYC, Kodo-Kutki crop registration, e-Token implementation, and PM SVANidhi and self-employment schemes.
  • Inspection of hostels and road repair projects.

The Collector directed officials to conduct block-wise and municipal-level reviews to expedite Samagra e-KYC completion and to carry out intensive campaigns for Kodo-Kutki crop registration. He also instructed that verification of PDS shops should be treated as a top priority.

Regarding drinking water supply, officials were directed to accelerate pipeline installation work and jointly address any technical or administrative obstacles.

Concluding the meeting, Collector Singh reiterated that all departments must ensure prompt resolution of pending matters and swift action on CM Helpline cases, maintaining transparency and efficiency in every public service delivery.
