Collector to Personally Hear Pending Selected Applications During Public Hearing on November 11

Collector Shri Raghvendra Singh will conduct a personal hearing of selected pending applications received multiple times during public hearings on Tuesday, November 11, starting at 11 a.m.

A total of 25 applications that have been received two or more times during previous public hearings have been shortlisted for direct consideration. During the session, Collector Shri Singh will personally listen to the grievances of applicants and ensure appropriate action.

Officials of concerned departments have been directed to remain present compulsorily during the hearing and to inform the applicants in advance. They have also been instructed to attend the session with complete information and relevant documents pertaining to their respective cases.

Furthermore, instructions have been issued to provide written communication to applicants once their matters are resolved and to keep the complaint branch in charge informed of the status. The Collector has also cautioned that strict action will be taken against any officer or employee found negligent in resolving the selected applications.
