Renowned storyteller Indresh Upadhyay, after his royal wedding, celebrated yet another joyous occasion with the grand wedding of Shri Giridhar Lal Ji at the sacred Brajsana Dham. Indresh not only performed all the rituals with great dedication but was also accompanied by his wife, Shilpa, who looked stunning once again in a red lehenga, recreating her bridal look.

During the wedding, Shilpa Sharma, Indresh’s wife, made a statement in various beautiful outfits, ranging from sarees to lehengas. This time, at Shri Giridhar Lal’s ongoing wedding celebrations in Barsana, she once again turned heads with her bridal look.

The Five-Day Wedding Festivities

Indresh Maharaj and his wife Shilpa performed every ceremony with utmost attention to detail during the five-day wedding celebrations of Shri Giridhar Lal Ji. Together, they even took seven rounds with the idols of Giridhar Lal and Shreeji, replicating the vows from their own wedding. Shilpa wore the same red lehenga, and Indresh complemented her look perfectly in traditional attire.

Traditional and Sustainable Fashion

Throughout the wedding, Indresh Maharaj ensured that everything was special, from the haldi and mehendi ceremonies to the groom’s procession, which he led on a beautifully decorated buggy. His attire for each function was in line with his divine persona, while Shilpa too wore sarees and lehengas with exquisite elegance. During some functions, she wore a shawl over her saree and dazzled with a traditional nose ring. However, it was her bridal lehenga that stole the show.

The lehenga’s skirt had a can-can for volume, creating a ball-gown effect. The lehenga’s border was designed with golden embroidery, and each pleat was accentuated with intricate patchwork. The half-sleeved blouse complemented the lehenga perfectly, showcasing her bridal elegance.

For the festivities, Shilpa added a new twist by styling three dupattas instead of the usual two. She draped one as a veil and another as a side drape, adding a unique flair to her traditional bridal look. To complement her bridal attire, Shilpa added a touch of green to her bangles and wore a stunning kundan bracelet, along with a necklace, ring, and other traditional jewelry.
