“Red Pimples on Your Face? Nutritionist Shweta Reveals a Multani Mitti Home Remedy”

Red, painful pimples are a common skin concern faced by many. If you’re struggling with this issue, a simple, natural remedy could help you manage it effectively. Nutritionist Shweta Shah has shared a traditional, Ayurvedic solution using Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) on her Instagram.

Why Do Red Pimples Appear?

Pimples can occur due to multiple reasons. While minor breakouts are often ignored, painful red pimples can indicate deeper issues. The skin has tiny pores that produce natural oils. In people with oily skin, the sebaceous glands are overactive. When oil mixes with dead skin cells, it can block the pores, leading to inflamed pimples.

Lifestyle factors also play a role. Poor diet, irregular sleep, smoking, and genetic predisposition can trigger breakouts. In some cases, these conditions run in families, affecting multiple generations.

The Simple Ayurvedic Remedy

For those unsure which creams or products to use, Shweta Shah recommends a three-ingredient natural paste that targets acne and inflammation.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 teaspoon Manjistha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Neem powder
  • 1 teaspoon Multani Mitti

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix Manjistha, Neem powder, and Multani Mitti in a bowl.
  2. Add a few drops of rose water to form a thick paste.
  3. Apply the paste only on the affected pimples.
  4. Leave it on for 10–15 minutes, then wash your face gently.

Benefits of This Remedy

  • Cools the skin and reduces heat-related inflammation
  • Helps decrease swelling and redness
  • Gradually fades pimple marks

This home remedy offers a safe, natural way to manage pimples without harsh chemicals, making it ideal for those looking for traditional, de-si skincare solutions.
