How to Use It

1. Wash fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) and chop it into small pieces.
2. Blend it into a juice using a mixer, or grate and squeeze through a sieve.
3. Apply the juice directly to white beard hairs using cotton.
4. Leave it on for one hour, then rinse with cold or normal water. No soap or face wash is needed.
