New Delhi: Many men notice white hairs appearing in their beards at a relatively young age. While hair dyes are a common solution, they often contain harsh chemicals that may damage the skin or hair. A natural alternative, however, is gaining attention on social media.
The Simple Amla Remedy
Content creator Dashmesh Rao shared on Instagram a method that claims to turn white beard hairs completely black without using chemical dyes. According to him, the process is simple, inexpensive, and free from side effects.
How to Use It
- Wash fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) and chop it into small pieces.
- Blend it into a juice using a mixer, or grate and squeeze through a sieve.
- Apply the juice directly to white beard hairs using cotton.
- Leave it on for one hour, then rinse with cold or normal water. No soap or face wash is needed.
Why It Works
Amla is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help maintain the natural color of hair and support hair growth. Regular use may gradually restore the beard’s natural black color while keeping it healthy and strong, without the risk of chemical damage.
