How to Bathe Without Soap: Yoga Guru Kailash Bishnoi Shares a Besan-Based Remedy

While most people rely on soap for bathing, using it may actually harm your skin instead of benefiting it. For those looking for a natural alternative, Yoga Guru Kailash Bishnoi has shared a simple remedy using besan (gram flour) and lemon juice that can be applied directly to the body.

Why Soap Can Harm Your Skin

Regular use of soap can lead to:

  • Dryness and irritation
  • Itching, redness, and rashes
  • Disruption of the skin’s natural pH balance
  • Acne, infections, and premature wrinkles

Yoga Guru’s Natural Bathing Remedy

Kailash Bishnoi recommends replacing soap with a natural mixture that cleanses and nourishes the skin without causing harm. According to the guru, this remedy also promotes a healthy glow on the face and body.

Ingredients:

  • Slightly less than half a bowl of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of besan (gram flour)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Mustard oil
  • Lemon juice

Preparation and Use:

  1. Take milk in a bowl.
  2. Add besan, turmeric, mustard oil, and lemon juice to it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth paste.
  4. Apply the mixture evenly on the body.
  5. Gently massage for 5 minutes and then rinse off.

According to Yoga Guru Bishnoi, the effects of this natural bath last up to 45 hours, keeping the skin soft and refreshed.

How Besan Benefits the Skin

Besan is an essential component of natural skincare. It works as a cleanser, exfoliator, and brightener. The paste absorbs excess oil, deeply cleanses pores, reduces acne, removes dead skin cells, improves complexion, and diminishes tanning.

By adopting this simple, chemical-free method, one can maintain healthy, glowing skin without relying on traditional soaps.
