Get Glowing Skin in 21 Days Without Facials – Just Drink This Every Morning

If your wedding is coming up in January or February and parlour facials or treatments seem expensive, here’s good news for you. You can achieve radiant, glowing skin at home without spending a fortune.

The Secret to Clear, Glowing Skin

During the wedding season, everyone wants to look their best. While parlours offer facials and medical treatments, these are often costly and time-consuming. But with the right lifestyle and nutrition, you can improve your skin naturally. According to nutritionist Diksha, what you consume has a direct effect on your skin.

The Detox Drink

This natural drink cleanses the body from within, reducing acne and other skin concerns, and restoring a healthy glow.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams fresh amla (Indian gooseberry), washed and deseeded
  • 75 grams fresh turmeric, thoroughly washed
  • 20 grams black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Blend the amla, turmeric, and black pepper in a mixer until smooth to form a fine paste.
  2. Strain the paste through a clean cloth, squeezing out the juice completely.
  3. Keep the extracted juice aside.

Optional: To save time, pour the juice into an ice tray and freeze.

How to Use:

  • Take one ice cube (or freshly extracted juice) and dissolve it in a cup of warm water.
  • Drink it slowly every morning.
  • Continue this routine for at least 21 days to notice visible improvements in skin texture and radiance.

This simple, natural remedy can give you parlour-quality skin at home without facials, chemicals, or expensive treatments.
