Bishnoi Gang Targets Gym; Fitness Enthusiast Sonia Khatri Steals Spotlight

Sonia Khatri, a renowned fitness influencer, has captured the attention of millions on Instagram with her disciplined fitness regime. Her secret, she says, lies in the right training, a balanced diet, and consistent effort. According to her, achieving a fit body is not about shortcuts—it’s about adopting a disciplined lifestyle.

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang, infamous for past attacks including one at Salman Khan’s residence, recently targeted a gym in West Vihar, Delhi. The attack occurred outside RK Fitness, causing panic in the neighborhood. According to reports, the gang attempted to contact the gym owner, Rohit Khatri, but, receiving no response, proceeded with the attack. Police are currently investigating the case.

Following the incident, social media users have shown great interest in Rohit Khatri and his wife, Sonia Khatri, with Sonia receiving the lion’s share of attention. Known for her intense workouts, strict discipline, and fitness journey, Sonia’s toned physique is often compared to that of celebrities.   • Cardio First: Sonia emphasizes that targeting just one area, like the stomach, won’t reduce fat there. She believes in full-body workouts, including running, high-intensity cardio, and dynamic exercises, to reduce body fat effectively.
  • Legs & Glutes: Famous on social media for her intense lower-body sessions, Sonia incorporates squats, lunges, and heavy weight training to strengthen and shape her lower body.
  • Consistency is Key: Sonia never misses her gym sessions, even on holidays. From weighing 42 kg in 2018, she steadily increased to 54 kg by 2022 through consistent, healthy workouts. She advocates regular, manageable sessions rather than occasional intense bursts.

Diet Plan
Sonia follows a low-carb, high-protein diet, emphasizing calorie deficit for fat loss and muscle strengthening:

  • Morning: Begins with metabolism-boosting drinks like cinnamon tea or warm water, followed by protein-rich breakfast such as boiled eggs on brown bread or whole wheat roti with green chutney.
  • Lunch: Typically includes roti, dal, vegetables, and fresh salad, sometimes with a small portion of healthy fat like ghee.
  • Snacks: Light and nutritious, such as roasted foxnuts, fruits, almonds, and walnuts.
  • Dinner: Usually light, including grilled chicken, garlic chicken, simple soups, or sautéed vegetables.
  • Hydration: Drinks at least 2 liters of water and 1 liter of detox water daily to support skin health and digestion.

To meet her protein requirements, Sonia incorporates whey protein into her routine. She stresses that supplements only work effectively when combined with a proper diet and exercise. She also emphasizes staying active throughout the day for better recovery and overall health.
