Recently, Navya was spotted in a stunning shararha set designed by Anita Dongre. According to the brand’s official website, the outfit is priced at ₹120,000 – an amount that could easily buy clothes for an entire family! With her father Nikhil Nanda being a billionaire, Navya has access to such luxury and effortlessly showcases her high-fashion taste.
Traditional Craft with a Modern Twist
The shararha features intricate hand-block printing, known as Ajrakh, originating from Gujarat. The process includes 16 steps of washing, dyeing, printing, and drying using natural colors like blue, red, black, and yellow, creating geometrical and floral patterns on both sides of the fabric. Navya’s outfit took 65 days to craft, highlighting the meticulous workmanship behind it.
The kurta combines traditional and modern elements with strap sleeves, shoulder and collarbone highlights, and a shorter length for a contemporary silhouette. Sequins, beads, and threadwork on the floral-patterned fabric added extra charm.
Shararha and Accessories
The red silk shararha features vibrant floral designs and a flared cut that enhances volume, making Navya look event-ready and striking. She completed her ensemble with mirror-work jewelry, including a layered necklace and matching earrings, paired with light makeup and soft curls, adding a graceful finishing touch to her appearance.
