Vineeta Singh Lauds Tamannaah Bhatia: “I Would Invest All My Money in Your Brand on Shark Tank”

Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia has expanded her entrepreneurial footprint with the launch of her premium jewelry line, Tamanna Fine Jewelry. Vineeta Singh, CEO and co-founder of Sugar Cosmetics, praised Tamannaah’s venture, saying that if the actress were on Shark Tank India, she would invest all her money in her brand.

Speaking on Vineeta Singh’s podcast, Tamannaah explained her hands-on approach to building her brand. “I don’t see myself as a celebrity endorsing a product. I see myself as a founder working to establish a brand. No one would invest in these premium products just because of my face. I am committed to the product itself. If my goal was only to make money, I could have chosen a different category that’s more commercially popular,” she said.

Tamannaah added, “I am fully involved in every aspect—name, funding, ideas, and execution. Many businesses fail not because of their concept but due to poor execution, and that’s where most ventures falter.”

Vineeta Singh supported Tamannaah’s philosophy, noting, “Most products fail to achieve market fit and generate no demand. But you started on a small scale with a single store and are managing it meticulously.”

Vineeta went on to emphasize her confidence in Tamannaah’s venture: “Compared to any celebrity brand, your approach is the biggest bet. I genuinely support you, and if you were on Shark Tank India, I would invest my entire season’s money in your brand.”

Tamannaah is among several Bollywood celebrities successfully entering the business world. Deepika Padukone launched her skincare brand 82°E, Katrina Kaif unveiled her makeup line Kay Beauty, Kriti Sanon introduced Hyphen skincare, and Meera Rajput launched both Akind skincare and the luxury holistic sanctuary Dhun Wellness.
