Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav, currently serving time at Delhi’s Tihar Jail over a loan default case, has been receiving support from several industry figures. Joining the list of supporters is the acclaimed digital content company The Viral Fever (TVF), known for iconic shows like Panchayat, Kota Factory, and Gullak.
TVF, recognized as one of India’s leading content producers, praised Yadav’s enduring contribution to the entertainment industry. In an Instagram story, the team wrote:
“In this difficult time, we stand firmly with Rajpal Yadav. Your work has brought smiles to millions over the years. We are fully with you and support you completely. We genuinely hope to create something special with you one day—a series where audiences can experience your unique magic up close. Our prayers are always with you.”
Yadav, who owes ₹9 crore from a failed 2010 film venture, has already received support from several Bollywood stars including Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Anup Jalota, Guru Randhawa, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mika Singh, KRK, Sonu Sood, Tej Pratap Yadav, Gurmeet Choudhary, and Varun Dhawan. While some celebrities have disclosed their contributions, others have kept it confidential. Notably, Akshay Kumar has not yet appeared on the list of supporters.
TVF’s announcement also hints at a potential future collaboration with Yadav. The company, which has launched many talented artists in the industry, expressed a keen interest in creating a project that captures the actor’s signature charm. This comes as TVF gears up for its upcoming film Vvan – Force of the Forest, directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar, starring Siddharth Malhotra and Tamanna Bhatia, co-produced with Balaji Motion Pictures.
As Rajpal Yadav awaits his next court hearing on February 16, the backing from TVF and fellow industry figures highlights the solidarity and support that the film fraternity continues to extend during his challenging times.
