Popular TV actress Tejasswi Prakash has purchased a luxury apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, valued at ₹7.63 crore. Known for her work on television, Tejasswi has also made smart investments in real estate and runs a salon business. A few months ago, she revealed how she strategically doubles her earnings.

Tejasswi’s new apartment is located in the under-construction project “Be Heights” by Hiranandani Developers, on the 14th floor. The property includes two parking spaces, and according to official documents obtained by CRE Matrix, possession is scheduled for November 2030.
The registration of the apartment was completed on 16 February 2026, with Tejasswi paying ₹38 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees. She has already paid 10% of the booking amount, over ₹76 lakh, to the developer, with the remaining payment to be made in 12 installments upon receipt of the building’s OC (Occupancy Certificate).

Apart from acting, Tejasswi earns from brand endorsements, social media, and her real estate ventures. In an interview on Bharti Singh YouTube Channel, she revealed that she invests wisely in different businesses, generating steady income from home. Her investments include a salon, multiple properties across India, a house in Dubai, and real estate in Goa.
