Shah Rukh Khan Snatches Fan’s Phone During Selfie Attempt, Fans Defend Him as Following Protocol

A video of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has gone viral, showing him taking a fan’s phone during an awards function while the fan attempted to take a selfie with him. The clip has sparked mixed reactions online, but many fans have come to Khan’s defense.

The Viral Moment
The incident occurred at an awards event in Riyadh, where Shah Rukh Khan was attending as a guest. In the video, Khan can be seen smiling as he takes the phone from the fan and gestures for the person to look at the professional cameras instead. After returning the phone, another individual attempts a selfie, and the actor again directs them toward the official photographers. The moment concludes with Khan presenting a trophy and posing for pictures with a smile.

Some viewers criticized the actor, calling the action arrogant, while others explained the situation as a misunderstanding. One comment read, “He is simply directing them so that the prize can be properly captured in official photos. Not everyone understands this.”

Fans Support Shah Rukh Khan
Fans quickly defended the actor, noting that he was simply following event protocol. “SRK is adhering to the event’s official procedure. During award presentations, official photos must be clicked. There’s no need to troll him for doing his duty,” one user wrote.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Upcoming Film
At the same event, Shah Rukh Khan shared the spotlight on the lavender carpet with several international celebrities, including Bobby Brown and Katy Perry. On the work front, the actor will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s film King, featuring Suhana Khan, Abhay Verma, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhishek Bachchan, and Jackie Shroff.
