Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu tied the knot with Raj Nidimoru on 1 December 2025 and left for a short honeymoon in Goa the following day. Samantha looked stunning in a red Banarasi saree at the airport and expressed her excitement about the one-day getaway, explaining that her shoot schedule starting 4 December limited their honeymoon plans.
The private wedding ceremony took place at the Ling Bhairavi Temple inside Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, attended by close family and friends. The couple had previously worked together in the web series ‘The Family Man’ Season 2.
Honeymoon and Gifts
Reports from Asianet News confirm that Raj gifted Samantha a luxurious home in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, along with a diamond ring worth ₹1.5 crore, handing over the keys to their new residence on their wedding day.
Samantha’s Excitement at the Airport
At the airport, Samantha shared her joy with the media: “I have never felt this happy in my life. Raj completes me in ways I cannot describe. We are going for a one-day honeymoon.” She added that a longer honeymoon is planned for later.
The Love Story
Samantha and Raj reportedly started dating during their collaboration on ‘Citadel’, during which Samantha was dealing with health issues. Raj supported her through that period, strengthening their bond. This is Samantha’s second marriage after her divorce from actor Naga Chaitanya in 2021. Similarly, Raj’s previous marriage to Shyamali Day ended in 2022.
