Before the episode is released on YouTube around the holy month of Ramadan, Rakhi sat down with Sana Khan and Mufti Anas Syed, sharing candid insights about her spiritual practices.
Rakhi revealed that she observes the five daily prayers and often sends people on Umrah under the name of Zakat. “I have already sent 21 people on Umrah. Since I live in Dubai, I help both Indian and Pakistani individuals from lower-income backgrounds who cannot afford the trip,” she said. She added that she plans to send more people next week.
Mufti Anas mentioned that Rakhi often messages him at 2 AM, seeking advice on religious practices. Rakhi explained, “I like to follow Islamic teachings exactly as written; I don’t want to act on my own understanding.” Sana Khan confirmed, “During Ramadan, she would send voice notes asking what to recite and how to perform certain practices. It’s a way to learn and seek guidance.”
Rakhi also emphasized the benefits of fasting: “If you observe fasts for a month, all the internal ailments are cleansed.”
