Phones Banned and Japanese Cuisine on Menu: Rashmika Mandanna–Vijay Deverakonda Wedding Preparations Underway

The wedding of actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda is just around the corner, set to take place on 26 February in Udaipur. In a bid to maintain privacy, all guests have been asked to surrender their phones, and a strict no-photo policy is in place, along with NDAs to prevent any leaks.

The couple, who will exchange vows in an intimate ceremony with close family and friends, have also planned an exquisite Japanese menu for their guests. Rashmika recently shared glimpses of the celebrations on Instagram, showcasing beautifully decorated tables with Japanese menu cards, soft pink lilies, pale green hydrangeas, and fresh green apples and grapes—creating an organic and luxurious garden aesthetic.

Rashmika and Vijay arrived in Udaipur on 23 February, and all wedding events are scheduled at ITC Hotels, Ekaya Udaipur. The arrangements echo the strict privacy seen in celebrity weddings like those of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, where phone access was also restricted.

The couple’s love story began in 2018 while working together on Geetha Govindam. Their on-screen chemistry was widely appreciated, and they later appeared together in Dear Comrade and several other projects. Though they kept their relationship private for years, the couple recently announced their wedding plans. A reception is also expected post-wedding, likely in Mumbai.
