Actor and social media personality Orhan Avatramani (Orry) has publicly demanded an apology from Sara Ali Khan’s mother, Amrita Singh, claiming that the trauma she caused him can only be forgotten if she apologizes. Orry has also addressed his controversial “Bilo the Belt” comment about Sara’s films, clarifying his stance.
The feud between Orry and Sara Ali Khan has escalated over the past months. Orry not only posted contentious messages on social media about Sara but also unfollowed both Sara and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan on Instagram, surprising fans, as he and Sara were long-time friends who frequently hung out and shared photos together. Orry stated that he cannot pretend to be friends while ignoring the trauma caused by Sara’s mother. He declined to reveal the exact nature of this trauma.
The “Bilo the Belt” Comment
Orry’s spat with Sara intensified after he made a joke referencing her hit films. On 25 January, he shared a reel wearing a top with a B** print. When questioned by a user about the print, Orry joked that it represented Sara Ali Khan’s blockbuster films. The comment drew widespread criticism, with many calling him disrespectful. Orry defended himself, saying it was a light-hearted jab, similar to internet memes about Sara’s movies, and not intended to offend.
Feud Origins
The dispute reportedly began in August 2025, around Sara’s birthday, when Orry shared some of her photos he disapproved of. Over time, he also mocked Sara, her mother Amrita Singh, and actress Palak Tiwari in various posts. Orry maintains that the only way the feud can end is if Amrita Singh apologizes, after which he may consider moving on. As of now, Sara, Ibrahim, and Amrita Singh have not responded.
