Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar, who married Rohanpreet Singh in 2020, has addressed circulating rumours about her marriage. The singer recently shared a social media post that sparked speculation about a possible divorce. Neha has now clarified the situation and apologized for any confusion caused by her earlier posts.
Neha had initially posted about taking a break from “everything” including responsibilities, relationships, and work. She also requested privacy from the paparazzi. The post was later deleted, which fueled further rumours and speculation about her marital life.
In an Instagram Story, the singer directly addressed the ongoing chatter, urging people to refrain from involving her husband or family. She wrote, “Friends, please do not drag my innocent husband and my dear family into this! They are the kindest people in my life, and I am who I am today because of their support. I am upset with some other people and the system, but I hope you understand and keep my husband and family away from all of this. Yes, I admit I shouldn’t have been so emotional while posting on social media.”
Neha also apologized for any misunderstandings, saying, “Poor emotional Nehu is too sensitive for this world! Sorry and thank you to my dear friends. Don’t worry, I’ll be back soon with a bang! Lots of love!”
Her deleted post had read: “It’s time to take a break from responsibilities, relationships, work, and everything else I can think of. I don’t know if I will return or not. Thank you.”
In another post, Neha requested privacy, asking fans and paparazzi to respect her personal space: “I request the paparazzi and fans to respect my privacy and let me live freely in this world. Please don’t click pictures! For the sake of my peace, you can do at least this much.”
Neha Kakkar’s message makes it clear that while she may be taking a personal break, her family and husband remain completely out of any conflict or controversy.
