Nayanthara Unveiled as ‘Ganga’ in Yash’s Upcoming Film ‘Toxic’; Fans Call It Fire

South superstar Yash’s highly anticipated film ‘Toxic’ has revealed the first look of Nayanthara, who will portray the character of Ganga. The film is slated for release in March 2026. Prior to Nayanthara, first looks of Huma Qureshi, Kiara Advani, and Yash himself had already been unveiled.

After captivating audiences with his 2022 blockbuster ‘Rocky Bhai’, Yash is gearing up to create another sensation with ‘Toxic’, directed by Geetu Mohandas. The makers are gradually releasing the first looks of all key characters, with fans praising Nayanthara’s powerful and stylish reveal. Yash shared her look on 31 December 2025, captioning it: “Presenting Nayanthara as Ganga.”

Earlier, Huma Qureshi’s Elizabeth and Kiara Advani’s Nadia were introduced through their first looks, generating excitement among fans.

About the Film:
‘Toxic’ is a period gangster drama featuring an ensemble cast including Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasant, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair. The film is being simultaneously shot in Kannada and English and will release in six languages, showcasing Yash not only as the lead actor but also as co-writer and producer.

Yash’s Upcoming Hindi Project:
In addition, Yash will appear as Ravana in the Hindi film ‘Ramayan’, co-produced by him. The first part of the epic is scheduled for 2027, starring Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita.

With its ensemble cast and multi-language release, ‘Toxic’ is already generating massive buzz, and Nayanthara’s first look has only added to the anticipation.
