Pawan Singh had earlier questioned whether Khesari’s song would “play in space.” Responding to this, Khesari Lal said, “It’s a proud moment that a song by children of a backward society, with blessings from their elders, will play in space. We are making every effort to achieve this.”

Regarding actor Ravi Kishan’s criticism over Khesari touching his feet, Khesari explained, “I have respect. If I meet him, I will touch his feet as a younger brother, just like I do with my father. Respect is my duty, and I will continue to give it. How he perceives it is his concern.”
