Bollywood and social media personality Hindustani Bhau (Vikas Pathak) has expressed his anger over Jaya Bachchan’s remarks on paparazzi, calling out the actress during a recent event. The confrontation comes after Jaya Bachchan criticized paparazzi for their conduct and appearance, labeling some of them as “poorly dressed.”
Hindustani Bhau Reacts
Known for his blunt and often controversial statements, Hindustani Bhau did not hold back in addressing the veteran actress. He reportedly urged people not to seek validation from those who do not respect them, stating that paparazzi owe their fame to public attention.
Speaking at an event, he said:
“Did she comment on people’s clothes? What’s her name—Amitabh Bachchan’s wife, Jaya Bachchan? She herself wears a ₹150 saree from a local market, and she calls others poor! Why chase these people who do not respect you? They only exist because you show them attention. Stop giving them this power; otherwise, no one would even know they exist.”
He added:
“Where you get no respect, I request everyone to stop following such people. These individuals only appear important because of your attention. Once you stop showing them off, they’ll realize their limits. Think carefully before giving them any attention.”
Jaya Bachchan’s Original Remarks
Earlier, during a segment on Barkha Dutt’s Mojo Story show We the Woman, Jaya Bachchan had expressed her dissatisfaction with paparazzi:
“I have a very good relationship with the media, but with paparazzi, it’s completely different. Who are these people? Sitting outside in tight pants with mobile phones, they think they can click pictures of anyone and say whatever they want. You may hate me; that’s your opinion. I strongly dislike them. They think they can intrude into someone’s privacy like a mouse with a camera.”
Hindustani Bhau’s fiery response highlights the ongoing debate around celebrity privacy and media behavior, sparking discussions across social media platforms.
